인수가 될지, 한화퓨처프루프가 인수를 하게 될지 아직은 확실하진 않겠지만.
한화퓨처프루프 취득 예정일자 2023.10.30인점은 확인 해야 할 듯 하다.
어차피 자회사라 유상증자 전에 인수 계약을 먼저 할 수도 있는지는 잘 모르겠다.
뭐가 됐던 오스탈이라는 회사에 대해 미리 알아둔다고 손해 볼건 없으니 알아보기로 한다.

결론
1. 한화에서 공식적으로 나온 내용이 아니기 때문에 100% 확신 할 순 없다.
2. 비상장회사 만들어서 이리저리 다시 조립하는 구조가 마음에 들진 않는다.
3. 뭐가 됐던 잠수함 수주 받아서 주가나 올랐으면.
